1) Payment Terms:

• Booking fee 50% from the grand total (non-refundable)
• Balance hand over once fixing complete.

2) All payment shall be made in favour of MERAKI CANOPY ENTERPRISE. All the receipts / deposit payment slip made be sent to MERAKI CANOPY ENTERPRISE via WhatsApp.

3) Customer’s responsibility:

• All rented equipment is not allowed to be relocated to any other venue without asking for written permission from us
• If the customer wishes to cancel any agreed service or renting of any equipment, a written notice must be provided to us before the installation date of subject to cancellation charge
• Any repairing costs results from damage during the event will be charged to the customers
• Any cost for site rental and security control on the rented equipment’s are under the customer’s responsibility

4) The site for installation must be passable by a 5-ton lorry.

5) Subject to any exemption which was clearly mentioned, the
quotation covers:

• Labour cost for installation, operation & dismantle
• Transportation within Klang Valley

6) Subject to any addition which was clearly mention, the quotation does not cover these items:

• Site preparation / site levelling
• Site clearing / grass cutting
• Site rental Utility costs i.e. electricity, water, internet & sewerage costs
• License and permit cutting
• Standby services
• Site security costs
• Repair of damages caused by the negligence of the customers
• Crew accommodation costs (if the project location is outside the border of Klang Valley)
